We carefully prepare each order with green-thumbed attention:

  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
    • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
  • Delivery Areas: Worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions)

🌱 Planting Tip: Live plants like Asparagus roots and fruit saplings require immediate planting upon arrival for best results!

Our Return Promise

If your botanical treasures don’t flourish as expected, we offer flexible returns within 15 days of delivery for most items from Actaea to Astrantia.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Asparagus roots
  • Apple saplings
  • Apricot saplings
  • Any live plants marked “final sale”

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, your items must be:

  • In original packaging (with protective plant sleeves intact)
  • Unplanted and showing no signs of damage from improper storage
  • Accompanied by your original packing slip or order number

Step 2: Ship Your Return

Once approved, we’ll email you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please include this number on your return package.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Upon receiving your return at our nursery:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Your replacement plants will ship within 2 business days

Additional Return Information

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged during transit). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping your replacement plants.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Allium bulbs arrive damaged or you received Artemesia instead of Amsonia, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund faster than Anemone spreads in ideal conditions!

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), return shipping costs may be higher. We recommend using tracked mail and keeping your receipt until the return process is complete.
