At Cheap Floriaze Store, we nurture your satisfaction as carefully as we nurture our Anemone roots and Aronia bushes. If your botanical treasures don’t flourish in your care as expected, our flexible returns policy will help make things right.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collection from Actaea to Astrantia. Your happiness grows our business, and we want every plant to thrive in its new home.
Note: Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on Asparagus roots, Apple saplings, Apricot saplings, or any live plants marked “final sale.” These botanical beauties need immediate planting upon arrival.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, your items must be:
- In original packaging (with protective plant sleeves intact)
- Unplanted and showing no signs of damage from improper storage
- Accompanied by your original packing slip or order number

Step 1: Request Authorization
Before sending anything back, please email our garden-loving support team at [email protected] with:

- Photos of the items you wish to return
- A brief explanation of why you’re returning them

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving your return at our nursery:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your replacement Baptisia or Astilbe will ship within 2 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged during transit). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping your replacement plants.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Allium bulbs arrive damaged or you received Artemesia instead of Amsonia, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund faster than Anemone spreads in ideal conditions!
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), return shipping costs may be higher. We recommend using tracked mail and keeping your receipt until the return process is complete.
